The Mumbai-based real estate development company, which recorded its Q3 profit for FY24 at Rs 360.15 crore, declared a final dividend of Rs 2 per share for which the ex-date is June 25.

Tata Elxsi Ltd

The Tata Group-firm, which recorded 2.27 per cent YoY de-growth in net profit at Rs 196.93 crore for the March quarter, declared a final dividend of Rs 70. The record date falls on June 25.

Cera Sanitaryware Ltd

The mid-cap player in the sanitary sector has reported a surge of 19.21 per cent standalone net profit for the third quarter. Its board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 60 apiece and the ex-date is June 25.

Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd

The company, which supplies aliphatic amines, specialty amines and amine derivatives to the pharmaceutical, agrochemical and related industries, declared a final dividend of Rs 10 for which the ex-date is June 25.

Voltas Ltd

The Mumbai-based home appliances company declared a final dividend of Rs 5.5. The ex-date is June 25.

Filtra Consultants and Engineers Ltd

Filtra Consultants and Engineers, which supplies water treatment plant components, declared a final dividend of Rs 3. The firm has set the record date as June 25.

Bharat Parenterals Ltd

The  Gujarat-based pharmaceutical company announced a final dividend of Rs 1. The ex-date is June 25.

Aegis Logistics Ltd

Aegis Logistics, a leading gas and liquid logistics service provider, recorded a net profit of Rs 125.88 crore in the March quarter. The firm announced a final dividend of Rs 2 and set the ex-date on June 26.

Welspun Living Ltd

The Mumbai-based textile manufacturer declared a final dividend of Rs 0.10 per share. The record date is set as June 26.

Titan Company Ltd

Another Tata Group firm setting record date this week is Titan Company LtdIndore Investment. The Lifestyle company's final dividend is Rs 11 and the ex-date falls on June 27.

Supreme Petrochem Ltd

The Mumbai-based company, which produces and exports polystyrene polymer, has announced a final dividend of Rs 7 apiece. The record date is June 27.

Swaraj Engines Ltd

The company, which produces and supplies diesel engines, diesel engine components and spare parts, announced a final dividend of Rs 95. The ex-date is June 28.

Maharashtra Scooters Ltd

The company, which manufactures pressure-die casting dies, jigs and fixtures for two and three-wheelers, declared a final dividend of Rs 60. It has set the record date as June 28.

Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd

The holding and investment company, registered as an NBFC, announced a final dividend of Rs 21. The record date is June 28.

IndusInd Bank

IndusInd Bank, which is the fifth largest private sector bank in the country, declared a final dividend of Rs 16.5. Ex-date is June 28.

RPG Life Sciences Ltd

The pharma company, which saw its quarterly net profit at Rs 13.24 crore in March 2024 up from Rs 10.35 crore in the same quarter in 2023, announced a dividend of Rs 16 per share. June 28 is the record date.
